Recently, on social media, a post appeared by a customer accusing N.H. of a bread shop on Quan Thanh Street (Hanoi) selling bread with a piece of meat with black mold. The customer named T. said that at about 8 p.m. on February 8, he went to N.H.'s bakery to buy a mixed bread

When he returned home, when he opened the bread, Mr. T. found a piece of black moldy meat carefully hidden in the innermost corner of the cake, folded in half to hide the mold. Mr. T. then took a photo of the meat with black mold and posted it on social networks to warn people to avoid this h.à.ng.

Mr. T. added that this is the first time he has eaten N.H.'s bread, the cake costs 30,000 VND. Mr. T. brought home to eat at 22 o'clock on the same day. When he ate half of the bread, he saw that the meat was abnormally black, so he opened the cake to check. The guest affirmed his readiness to provide information and photos to the authorities. Mr. T.'s post has received a lot of attention and comments and analysis about the moldy meat.

Also related to the incident, talking to the press, Mr. Dong - the owner of N.H. bakery said that on the morning of February 9, the shop was still operating normally and had not received any calls reflecting on the presence of moldy meat in the bread.

Mr. Dong further informed that he had read the article "sealing" the restaurant on social media and felt a little uncomfortable. According to him, if there is a customer who buys bread at his shop and has such a piece of moldy meat, full of evidence, he is willing to take responsibility.

The owner said that consumers will be alert when receiving information. Because if the meat is moldy, the surroundings will also be green mold and moss mold. As in the guest photo, around the fresh pink meat, this is very absurd. With the current cold weather, it is also very difficult to have moldy meat. In addition, Mr. Dong said that if there is really a piece of meat that is damaged or dirty, he will throw it away immediately because its value is not high, there is no need to hide the meat in the cake to affect his reputation as well as his business.

Regarding the incident, the leader of the People's Committee of Quan Thanh ward said that he had grasped the information about the case and was verifying and clarifying.

It can be seen that consumers often choose to use fast food because of convenience, but some cases are unlucky because they use food that does not ensure food safety and hygiene. Previously, a clip of less than 10 seconds appeared on social networks of a meal with a pate filled with white maggots when moving, making netizens "stunned".

It is known that this is the "signature" dish of a chain of restaurants with many establishments in Hanoi and the Northern provinces. Right under the shared clip, many comments of netizens expressed frustration such as "Oh my God, when they bring plates to customers who don't look at them, it's too scary", "Yet it still comes out to the guests, terrified to the old",... Besides, many people asked the owner to post a clip of the base appearing maggots in the pate to avoid.

Besides, many netizens also shared that they had been to the establishment of this restaurant but received an unworthy CL. Immediately after the clip reflecting on maggots appearing in the pate of this meal was posted on social networks, just a short time later, the restaurant's FB posted an apology, temporarily closed the restaurant and was reflected on the food hygiene policy. It is known that the accommodation does not ensure food hygiene and safety, affecting the experience of this guest in Thai Binh City. Currently, the clip of the meal with maggots in this pate is still spreading rapidly.
