Mr. T. added that this is the first time he has eaten N.H.'s bread, the cake costs 30,000 VND. Mr. T. brought home to eat at 22 o'clock on the same day. When he ate half of the bread, he saw that the meat was abnormally black, so he opened the cake to check. The guest affirmed his readiness to provide information and photos to the authorities. Also related to the incident, talking to the press, Mr. Dong - the owner of N.H. bakery said that on the morning of February 9, the shop was still operating normally and had not received any calls reflecting on the presence of moldy meat in the bread.

Mr. Dong further informed that he had read the article "sealing" the restaurant on social media and felt a little uncomfortable. According to him, if there is a customer who buys bread at his shop and has such a piece of moldy meat, full of evidence, he is willing to take responsibility.

The owner said that consumers will be alert when receiving information. Because if the meat is moldy, the surroundings will also be green mold and moss mold. As in the guest photo, around the fresh pink meat, this is very absurd. With the current cold weather, it is also very difficult to have moldy meat. In addition, Mr. Dong said that if there is really a piece of meat that is damaged or dirty, he will throw it away immediately because its value is not high, there is no need to hide the meat in the cake to affect his reputation as well as his business.

Regarding the incident, the leader of the People's Committee of Quan Thanh ward said that he had grasped the information about the case and was verifying and clarifying.

Immediately after the clip reflecting on maggots appearing in the pate of this meal was posted on social networks, just a short time later, the restaurant's FB posted an apology, temporarily closed the restaurant and was reflected on the food hygiene policy.
