"Considering that Hai's behavior showed thugs and aggressiveness in depriving Tu's life, it constituted murder. The crime and punishment are specified at point n, clause 1, Article 123 of the Penal Code with a frame. imprisonment from 12 years, 20 years, life imprisonment or death.

In this case, victim Nguyen Van Tu also had a part in throwing a cup of water towards D, which caused Hai to fight back with a plow. This can be considered a partial extenuating circumstance.
