According to shared information, the explosion occurred on September 3 in Cam Pha City (Quang Ninh province). At the time of the incident, there were 3 injured people in the house including: Mr. NML, Ms. LTH (born in 1991 - Mr. L's wife) and son N.D.A (born in 2011).
