The apartments at CT6 Kien Hung project are sold by Bemes Company at a cheaper price than other projects, so they sold out after being opened for sale in a short time.

The investigation agency said that the construction of the CT6 Kien Hung project seriously violated the approved planning, causing particularly serious consequences, causing property damage of more than 56 billion VND - the right value. land use of 488 apartments purchased by 488 customers but not recognized by the State for land use rights.

The nature and seriousness of construction violations at the CT6 Kien Hung project have disrupted the planning in Kien Hung ward (Ha Dong district, Hanoi), putting great pressure on social infrastructure and demand. about hospitals, schools, amusement parks, affecting security, order, fire safety... in the area.
