According to the case file, at around 2:45 p.m. on January 16, Tran My, Pham Le Khanh, and Tran Thi Hoang Yen went to Trang's store. Here, Ms. My and Ms. Yen entered the store to meet Trang to apologize, while Ms. Khanh stood outside.

At about 3pm on the same day, when Ms. My was apologizing to Trang, Ms. Khanh entered the store and said that Ms. My was leaving, so there was an argument with Trang. Trang used her hand to snatch Khanh's mask, and Khanh cursed at Trang.

Hearing that, Trang's staff, Quy and Thuy Trang, rushed in to grab her hair, then hit her head and back with her hands and kicked Khanh's stomach with her feet. At this time, Ms. Yen intervened and was also beaten by Khuong.

Two store guards, Phan Hoang Nam and Nguyen Phuoc Tuan, saw the incident and rushed to beat Ms. Khanh. After that, a number of police officers were present and invited all relevant people to the headquarters to work.

When going to the front of the store, Ms. Khanh said to Trang Nemo: "You don't know who you bump into, you go out and watch me." Hearing that, Trang Nemo used her hand to snatch Khanh's mask, which she was wearing, and then threw it on the street. Quy, Khuong, Nam, Tuan also rushed to beat Ms. Khanh.

According to the conclusion of the assessment, Ms. Khanh suffered 3% injuries, and Ms. Yen did not have enough evidence to determine that there was an injury. According to the investigative agency, Trang Nemo, Quy, Khuong, Nam, Tuan had acts of "impacting" others in public places, creating bad public opinion, adversely affecting the local security and order situation. .

Regarding Khanh's injury, the investigation agency said that it was not determined who caused it, so the District 1 Police issued a decision to administratively sanction Quy, Khuong, Tuan, Nam, and Thuy Trang.
