- The crime of intentionally causing injury or harm to the health of another person as prescribed in Article 134 of the 2015 Penal Code, with a maximum penalty of life imprisonment.

- The crime of shaming another person as prescribed in Article 155 of the Penal Code, with a maximum penalty of 5 years' imprisonment.

These severe punishments are intended to ensure public order and protect people's lives, health, honor and dignity. The handling and punishment of acts of intimidation and intimidation in debt collection is necessary to ensure security and justice in society.
