On the evening of March 15, Tho Nguyen posted a clip titled "Goodbye" on YouTube, and wrote a letter to apologize to parents and children.

On the afternoon of March 16, the Inspector of the Department of Information and Communications of Binh Duong province determined that posting a clip "begging for good study" on YouTuber Tho Nguyen's social network is a violation of providing and sharing information promoting superstition.

The Department made a record and issued a decision to impose an administrative penalty of VND 7.5 million on Tho Nguyen. It is known that Tho Nguyen's real name is Nguyen Thi Hong Tho, born in 1992, currently living and working in Binh Duong. Female YouTuber currently has 3 information channels online, including YouTube channel Tho Nguyen with 8.82 million followers, TikTok Tho Nguyen with 900,000 followers and Fanpage Tho Nguyen with 400,000 followers.

Before the noise "please study well", Tho Nguyen was repeatedly criticized for making clips with bullshit content, inciting children. This Youtube channel used to instruct children to make a jelly bath by pouring powders and jellies into the bath to create colorful, full of smells and jump into the bath.
