Specifically, in 2019, Ms. Tho paid more than 1.4 billion VND; in 2020 to pay 360 million VND, in the first months of 2021, 213.5 million VND will be paid.

According to the Tax Department of Binh Duong province, the reason that the tax payment in 2019 is quite different from that of 2020, is because in 2019, Ms. Tho paid income tax in the previous years.

Regarding YouTuber Tho Nguyen, the General Department of Taxation is also coordinating with relevant Tax Departments, including Binh Duong Tax Department and Hanoi Tax Department to inspect and review Ms. Tho's tax compliance.

After receiving feedback, the Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information (Ministry of Information and Communications) requested Tik Tok and YouTube to remove the infringing content related to Tho Nguyen's account.

After the exchange, Tik Tok side removed the content and paused this channel. On the YouTube side, the Department will ask Google to block the YouTube channel Tho Nguyen if the owner does not work with the authorities.
