Recently, on the social network, a long post from the UI account - said to be the driver of a food delivery technology application - has appeared on social networks, causing many people to stir. Because not to denounce the single bomb or tell the suffering about the profession, this driver has called for customers to boycott the technology application that he is currently working on.
This driver believes that N. has introduced a series of policies to suppress drivers and disrespect customers, one of which is the single-match policy.
According to this driver, the inadequacies of this policy are causing losses to both users and driver partners.
Specifically, the post shared by the UI account on social networks is as follows:
"- I am an N. driver, my voice does not represent more than 30,000 N. drivers across the country, but I am sure that the vast majority of N. driver brothers will agree with the title. This post is mine.
I also know that there are many brothers who consider N. as a piece of rice, but I am more confident that without N. we will not starve, because there are many other ecosystems that are CLEAN.
- We choose to be a driver for a living, choose sunshine and rain, and choose N.. But now N. offers a series of policies to suppress drivers and DON'T RELATE CUSTOMERS. One of those policies is APPLICATION.
- Let's talk to everyone about the operation of N., our driver gets 10 points for each order. Depending on the level, when you reach enough points (you usually get 251 points) and the performance is over 90% (run 9 orders, 1 order is skipped), you will get the corresponding day bonus.
- However, N. has now issued a new policy that FORCES DRIVERS TO RECEIVE MATCHING APPLICATIONS, if not, performance will be deducted and daily bonus will be forfeited. This pairing has the biggest impact on the CUSTOMER, you and then on our driver.
- You go to work have 1 hour lunch break. Want to order food, eat quickly and then rest. But it's also the rush hour of N.. Every driver has to pair an application. It is obvious that you order food and then receive it 30-45 minutes later. You lose money but have to buy back the wait and inhibitions. Think about it, if you put yogurt or milk tea, 30 minutes later it will become water with sugar?
- On the driver's side we were forced. If you don't join, you will lose your reward, if you go to the transplant, you will have less money and you will have to wait a long time (because of the 2 shops, 1-2km apart, the shop takes a long time to do it). Immediately after the above line was posted on social networks, it quickly attracted the attention of the online community and received mixed opinions. Some people voiced their support for driver N.'s actions and recounted their unhappy experiences when ordering food through this application.
"Once, after putting together an order, I mistakenly received an order of my expensive dish for someone else's cheaper dish. It's true that I can't do anything about it, it's also my fault for the shipper to pay for it, so I have to accept it", the account Shared SL.
