The incident of the teacher in Tuyen Quang being cornered by students, slagged, thrown sandals to faint made the public extremely angry. The principal of Van Phu Secondary School has received the decision to temporarily suspend his position to serve the verification work.

Recently, the People's Committee of Son Duong district, Tuyen Quang province has just decided to temporarily suspend the Principal of Van Phu Secondary School to serve the verification of the case.

Specifically, the incident occurred at 10:30 on 29/11 at Van Phu Secondary School, during the 3rd period of Music in class 7C taught by teacher P.T.H. (SN 1985).

At this point, seeing that some students were still outside before entering the classroom, Ms. H. reminded when some students reacted. During class, some students asked to go out, but Ms. H. did not agree. Then there are kinks between teachers and students during class.

However, after class, some students in Class 7C made inappropriate statements and behaviors towards Ms. H. such as slurs, insulting teachers, recording videos and posting on Facebook. 2 videos captured the group of students cornering the teacher, threatening with uncultured words. This teacher was even thrown in the face by students but still did not dare to resist and only used her phone to record.

After the incident, Ms. P.T.H., a vocational and music experience teacher at Van Phu Secondary School in Son Duong district, Tuyen Quang, said the following days were horrible days for her: "I couldn't eat or sleep, I lost a few pounds. My mind is tense, always obsessed with the heavy words of students."

Soon after, the school held a meeting of all teachers and parents of students in grades 7C and 6A, advocating to parents to coordinate with the school to educate students morally not to let such incidents occur.

Immediately after receiving the information, the People's Committee of Son Duong district asked relevant units to verify and resolve the case.

On 30/11, the Department of Education and Training, District Police and authorities worked and requested Van Phu Secondary School to hold a review meeting to clarify the responsibilities of teachers and students, and propose handling measures.

Chairman of Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee promptly gave instructions and assigned responsibilities to Son Duong District People's Committee to coordinate with the Department of Education and Training and authorities to urgently inspect and verify and clarify the cause of the incident. In addition, strictly handle relevant organizations and individuals in accordance with the provisions of law (in which, consider the responsibility of the head of the educational institution in allowing the incident to occur).

At the same time, strengthen the management and evaluation of teachers, build the contingent of teachers; implement regulations on teacher ethics under the direction of the Ministry of Education and Training, strengthen school discipline, build school culture, educate students in ideology, ethics and lifestyle; regularly inspect and supervise the implementation at educational institutions; coordinate closely with students' families and relevant agencies and organizations in managing and educating students.

On December 6, the Chairman of Son Duong District People's Committee issued Decision No. 7710 to temporarily suspend Mr. Nguyen Duy Sang, Principal of Van Phu Secondary School for 15 days to serve the verification and clarification of the matter related to the content of teacher management, students of the school, the time is from 7/12.

The Department of Home Affairs, Education and Training, Shanyang District Police are coordinating to verify and handle the case. The Ministry of Education and Training requested the provincial People's Committee to announce the results by December 29.
