In the memories of colleagues, Le Phuong is a gentle and hardworking person. Due to her family situation, she worked hard to run the show, even dying on the way to the performance venue.

Director Hoang Chuong added: "Le Phuong is very good, gentle and polite. Due to difficult family circumstances, Le Phuong had to study and work at the same time, life was very difficult. Because of the circumstances, when studying in the 3rd year, when preparing to graduate, Le Phuong had to temporarily put aside her studies. About 1 year later, I and my teachers encouraged and guided, then Le Phuong came back to take the graduation exam. Just in March this year, Le Phuong took the graduation exam as Ly Than Phi in the play Cai Luong Bao Cong without a brick kiln, which was highly appreciated. I am sad and sad when the student is short of numbers."

Sharing with Tien Phong, artist Tu Quyen said she was shocked when she heard the news of Le Phuong's death. For a living, Le Phuong had to run the show until late at night, then left due to a traffic collision. As Le Phuong's colleagues, the two know each other.

According to Tu Quyen, she heard information about Le Phuong's situation but did not know everything. However, she always admires the efforts and hard work of her seniors. Especially when Le Phuong returned to school after temporarily putting aside her studies and graduating in 2023.

Artist Tu Quyen sadly wrote on her personal page: "This morning, when I heard the news of you, I was shocked, I love you so much! For her livelihood, she had to run the show until late at night, and then had to leave because of a traffic accident. I hope that in that void realm, I will be relieved and rested."

A former classmate of Le Phuong shared: "When we heard the news of her death, we couldn't believe it. Ms. Hong Tham loves Le Phuong very much, treats her as a daughter, and she is very heartbroken because of this loss."
