Ninh Thuan: Arresting the suspect of harming the woman who picked up bottles, neighbors said shocking things

Regarding the case of a woman who collected bottle ticks disappeared for many days and was found dead in a house in Phu Ha ward (Phan Rang - Thap Cham city), the Ninh Thuan Provincial Police officially arrested the suspect.

On March 1, the Ninh Thuan Provincial Police said that they had arrested Dang Vo Duy Tuan (born in 2002, in Phu Ha Ward, Phan Rang - Thap Cham City) - the suspect in the case of sending the woman who collected bottles to the afterlife occurred in Phan Rang - Thap Cham City.

At about 7:30 a.m. on the same day, the Phu Ha Ward Police received a source from a resident of Kinh Dinh Ward about the fact that Mr. H.T.'s wife, Nguyen T.T. (born in 1978, living in Phu Ha Ward), went to pick up bottle ticks from the afternoon of February 28 until now and has not returned.

When Mr. T.'s family went to the KP.12 area, Phu Ha ward to search, they found Ms. T.'s bicycle parked in the park in front of the house located in the alley of Doan Thi Diem street, and immediately reported it to the authorities.

Through investigation, verification and inspection of house No. 55/17, Doan Thi Diem, Phu Ha ward owned by Dang Vo Duy Tuan, it was found that Ms. T. had no signs of life with many wounds on her neck. At this time, Tuan was not present at the scene.

After receiving the report, the Criminal Police Division of Ninh Thuan Provincial Police coordinated with functional units to organize a scene examination, autopsy, conduct investigation activities, and arrest suspected criminals.

At about 2 p.m. on the same day, the Criminal Police Division arrested Tuan in the Binh Son beach area. Currently, the unit is continuing to consolidate documents and evidence, handle the subject in accordance with the law.

According to local people, Dang Vo Duy Tuan lives alone in the above house and is a closed person, with little contact with people around him. "Previously, Dang Vo Duy Tuan lived with his mother in this house, but then she went to her daughter's house to stay," said a resident.

Also today, the People's Procuracy of Hanoi has just completed the indictment against the accused Ly Quang Hoa (born in 1958, permanently residing in Dich Vong Street, Cau Giay District, Hanoi) for the crime of "Killing people".

The accusation shows that at the end of November 1985, a group of buyers and sellers in the area of Dich Vong Green Market, Cau Giay town, Tu Liem district (now in Cau Giay district, Hanoi) had a conflict and scuffle.

On August 1, 2024, Ly Quang Hoa went to the Hanoi City Police Investigation Agency to surrender and be detained.
