Investigators said the initial cause was determined at noon on the same day, when T. and a group of youths from the commune gathered to eat and drink. At the party, the group of youths rode their motorcycles forward, and T. quickly went home to get his car and chased him and caused the incident.

After the accident, the authorities summoned T. to work and applied criminal detention for further investigation and clarification.
