Accordingly, not long ago, at An - Vien - My - Thanh road, passing through Thinh My village (Xuan My commune), P.T.X drove a car at high speed, encroaching into the opposite lane, while walking and cursing. When catching up with 2 motorcyclists in front, T. deliberately hit the rear of the car, driven by Mr. N.V.T (born in 1977, living in Hong My village, carrying Mr. L.V.T (born in 1983, living in the same village).

The strong hit, caused 2 people on the motorcycle to fall on the hood and fall onto the road. T. then reversed his car and ran up to crash into the group of youths ahead but luckily everyone dodged. Not stopping, T. turned the car and aimed at the group of youths standing on the side of the road, thankfully no crime occurred.

Shortly after the incident, the victims were taken to an emergency hospital. As a result, one victim suffered a cerebral hematoma injury, and the other suffered from scoliosis...

Investigators said the initial cause was determined at noon on the same day, when T. and a group of youths from the commune gathered to eat and drink. During the exchange back and forth, there was friction and quarrels. At the party, the group of youths rode their motorcycles forward, and T. quickly went home to get his car and chased him and caused the incident.

After the accident, the authorities summoned T. to work and applied criminal detention for further investigation and clarification.

In another development, the Urban Economy website reported that at about 6:00 am on September 8, at Km10 500 towards Lao Cai to Noi Bai there was a serious accident that caused one person to not survive.
