Discovering the incident, a woman here came to stop the two people from fighting.

Being beaten, the man in brown shirt pointed his finger and said "you don't know me", then the young man in black pulled a plow twice in a row, causing the victim to collapse and die afterwards.

Before the above incident, on the morning of January 20, the leader of Ngoc My commune (Lap Thach, Vinh Phuc) confirmed the above incident and said that the incident happened on the afternoon of January 18, the deceased victim was born in 1986. Previously, on the afternoon of July 16, 2020, Tran Van Tuyen (born in 1986, residing in Dong Yen commune, Quoc Oai, Hanoi) was sentenced to 12 years in prison by the People's Court of Hanoi for the crime of "murdering". people" with a plow. Being brought to court, the defendant sincerely confessed his crime as prosecuted, but said that he did not intend to take the life of his fellow villagers. However, considering the defendant's criminal behavior, the Hanoi People's Court confirmed that Tran Van Tuyen had committed the crime of "Murder" and applied the above sentence.
