Le Van Tan, born on August 20, 1997, hometown Huong Thuy (Hue). Le Van Tan joined the Hue youth team in 2011, the same age group as the highly regarded young players of the team such as Vo Ly or Tran Thanh.

Van Tan quickly became the number one goalkeeper of Hue youth teams from U13 to U21. In 2016, he was promoted to the first team by coach Nguyen Duc Dung to practice and compete, and a year later the club won the runner-up of the National First Division.

Van Tan played for Dong Thap in 2019 on loan. After that, he returned to Hue club to play as the number 2 goalkeeper, a substitute for Nguyen Tien Tao. In the 2020 season, Van Tan showed a remarkable maturity after a few times in the National First Division.

In the 2022 season, Le Van Tan is on the list of registered players to compete in all rounds of the National First Division. However, this goalkeeper was not allowed to enter the field to play any matches. Hue FC uses alternately two goalkeepers, Nguyen Tien Tao and Vo Duc Bao.
