After receiving backlash from many social network users, the TikTok channel "Karaoke Paris Club Linh Dam" quickly removed the above video. According to Lawyer Diep Nang Binh, using images of armed forces, organizations, and individuals without consent or using them for the wrong purpose and regulations will be sanctioned at point e, clause 3, Article 102, Decree 15/2020/ND-CP, regulates sanctions for administrative violations in the fields of postal, telecommunications, radio frequency, information technology and electronic transactions.

"The fine for this behavior ranges from 10 to 20 million VND. The fine will double if the organization commits the violation," said Lawyer Diep Nang Binh.
