At this moment, a container truck traveling on DT 747B (direction from Ong Cu Temple to Kim Hang roundabout), suddenly crashed into the corner of this intersection.

The impact was so strong that the two city guards could not escape in time, so they were hit by a container truck.

It is known that the accident occurred late on October 27 at the corner of the intersection between DT 747B and Truong Quang Dinh street in Khanh Binh ward, Tan Uyen city, Binh Duong province.

The victim who did not survive was Mr. DTH (born in 1981), the remaining person was injured and is being treated.

According to authorities, this morning, the People's Committee of Khanh Binh ward visited to encourage and support the victims' families. For the family of someone who did not survive, the ward has provided 5 million VND to pay for the funeral.

- In case a source of extreme danger is possessed or used illegally, the person who is illegally possessing or using the source of extreme danger must compensate for the damage.

When the owner, possessor, or user of a source of extreme danger is at fault in allowing the source of extreme danger to be possessed or used illegally, he/she must jointly compensate for the damage.

In case the driver causes an accident that causes personal damage, based on Article 591 of the Civil Code, which regulates damages to the injured person, the driver causing the accident must compensate for the following expenses:

- Compensation costs due to damage to health:

Reasonable expenses for treatment, training, and restoration of health and lost or reduced functions of the damaged person;

The actual lost or reduced income of the injured person;

Reasonable expenses and actual lost income of the person taking care of the victim during the treatment period;

Other damages prescribed by law.

- Alimony for those to whom the aggrieved person is obliged to support.

- Money to compensate for mental losses for relatives.
