The lawyer argued that the fact that Lang Vu Trong Hai did not have expertise in infertility treatment according to the provisions of the law, and took advantage of the patient's ignorance to treat the disease for money was a sign of fraud. . In addition, according to lawyer Nguyen Ba Ngoc, Mr. Vu Trong Hai used the words and trust of Mr. X and his wife to perform sexual acts against his wife, causing her to become pregnant and give birth to a child. with him.

Lawyer Ngoc shared, before coming together, both Mr. X. and his wife were married but had no children. They also never went to the doctor to find out the reason why they couldn't give birth, and when they heard that there was a place to treat infertility, they came to find it.

The lawyer said: "X.'s wife is a gentle and gullible person, so when asked by Mr. Hai, she didn't tell her husband. It wasn't until the DNA test results of her two children were available that she told the incident. Currently, both Mr. X's wife and husband have filed a complaint with the police about Mr. Hai's behavior."

At the meeting of the Luc Ngan District Police, Mr. Lang Hai admitted to "many times having sex" with the woman, but said that when she came for treatment, she "begged earnestly for her child" so she should help. The healer also wrote instructions for spending time with her husband, and arranged a pillow to sleep at home to help have children.
