Specifically, on the night of September 1, 2024, on social networks, an account of a student named "Chu Vinh" had an article with inappropriate content. After researching and grasping the situation, Nguyen Tat Thanh High School for the Gifted reported that the account "Chu Vinh" belonged to Chu Ngoc Quang Vinh, a student of grade 12 Anh of the school.

Quang Vinh is the one who won the championship, bringing home the laurel wreath of the contest in January, the first quarter, the 24th year of the Olympia Peak Road.

After receiving information about the incident, the Department of Education and Training of Yen Bai province coordinated with the Provincial Police to grasp the situation and verify the incident.

At the same time, he directed Nguyen Tat Thanh High School for the Gifted to quickly report the incident, send officials and teachers directly to the family of Quang Vinh students to understand more about the situation. In addition, the Department also organized a working session with Nguyen Tat Thanh High School for the Gifted, requesting the school to promptly orient the spokesperson for teachers and students of the school to ensure compliance with regulations.

Assign school leaders, homeroom teachers, closely coordinate with families and localities to continue to monitor and grasp the situation and ideological and psychological developments of Vinh students.

It is known that after being educated, student Chu Ngoc Quang Vinh was aware that the content of his post on social networks on September 1 was inappropriate, so he took the initiative to remove the article and post an apology on his personal Facebook page.

Specifically, the male student wrote: "At the end of high school, I was the most climactic approach to Western culture. Gradually, I discovered that what I had learned at school for a long time was not completely true, I only knew how to deceive people, so I tried everything to live abroad in the future."

Next, the male student affirmed that he was studying for the Olympia exam only to live abroad with the pursuit of personal interests. Studying history is not according to one's own will but because of achievements. "By the time the dream ended, I didn't know what to do next, but looking back, I was just hanging out and just focusing on me."

The status line of the male student has caused public opinion. The online community and fanpages have attracted tens and hundreds of thousands of interactions.

In the latest post, Vinh admitted his mistake, expressing regret for hurting those who love and trust him.

According to Vinh, when writing lines on social networks before, Vinh was not aware of the consequences and made people angry. He also said that he never had the extreme intention of contacting foreign organizations to harm the interests of the nation.

"As a young person growing up in Vietnam, I am a person who loves to read the history of the heroic struggle of the nation and wants to learn about my roots. However, in the process of researching, I was affected by untrue and malicious documents for the Fatherland," the article stated.

According to Chu Ngoc Quang Vinh, the recent shallow statements only come from his own few observations and experiences. Through this incident, Vinh himself also understood more about the affection and gratitude of Vietnamese people to history and to those who have fallen for the ideals of the nation.
