The case of a female teacher being dragged out into the yard and having her clothes torn: Police intervened, revealing the cause

Going to class as usual, Ms. N.TM.K. (teacher at VP 1 Primary School, Nha Trang city) was suddenly attacked by two men, dragged into the schoolyard and had her shirt torn.

The incident happened at around 3:00 p.m. on December 23, when Ms. N.TM.K was teaching in class 1/1 at VP 1 Primary School, two men rushed into the classroom. They grabbed Ms. K. by the collar and dragged her into the middle of the schoolyard. In front of many people, the two men continuously cursed and threatened her, then used their hands to tear the female teacher's shirt open.

Colleagues at the school witnessed the incident and came to stop and shield the two men, but it took a while for the two men to stop. Ms. N.TM.K. was then very frightened and went to the Vinh Phuoc Ward Police Station, Nha Trang to report the incident. According to information from Ms. K., the two men above were the husband and son of a teacher named M. who also taught at VP 1 Primary School.

The conflict arose in 2020, when Ms. N.TM.K. played a savings and credit association (HK) and borrowed money from Ms. M. to take care of household chores and pay monthly loans. According to the debt paper between the two parties dated August 8, 2024, the amount was up to 1.2 billion VND. The deadline for repayment is April 30, 2025.

"I signed a debt confirmation paper and committed to repaying it by April 30, 2025, but Ms. M., her husband Mr. D. and their son regularly called and texted to demand that gangsters deal with me and threatened my life," the female teacher shared with Thanh Nien newspaper.

She continued: "Ms. M. also insulted my honor, spreading false information saying that I "deliberately cheated and appropriated property" to parents, within the school and in society. Wherever I went to teach, she would come to that facility and threaten to close the class, making no one want to hire me. Ms. M.'s actions have seriously affected my honor and professional reputation. My spirit was broken, my health declined, and it psychologically affected my children while they were still in school."

According to Ms. K., after checking, she discovered some unreasonable points in the debt of 1.2 billion VND, so she asked Ms. M. to provide more information. From there, the two had a conflict and the climax was when Ms. M.'s husband and children went to school to beat her.

"If I am unable to pay the debt on time as committed, Ms. M. has the right to sue me at a competent court to request protection of her legitimate rights and interests. Not to commit acts of violating the law and spreading false information about me," Ms. K. choked up as she told Dan Tri newspaper.

Ms. Huynh Thi Hong Quyen, Principal of VP 1 Primary School, informed that she had learned of the incident and reported it to the police for resolution. Today (December 24), Mr. Nguyen Van Minh - Vice Chairman of Nha Trang City People's Committee said that he had directed the Department of Education and Training, local authorities and VP 1 Primary School to clarify and strictly handle the case of a father and son who stormed into the classroom and dragged the teacher out to humiliate her on the afternoon of December 23.

Regarding the above incident, the police agency has just worked with Ms. N.TM.K - a teacher at VP 1 Primary School, to clarify the incident in which she was insulted and humiliated by two men who broke into the school. Meanwhile, Mr. Cao Dinh Trung - Head of the Department of Education and Training of Nha Trang City also confirmed that he was aware of the incident involving the female teacher.

According to Mr. Cao Dinh Trung, the police have now investigated the incident at VP 1 School. After receiving the police's conclusion, the Department of Education and Training will use it as a basis to handle the group or individual (if there is a violation).
