"However, during the procedure to terminate the pregnancy, this clinic requires the patient to sign a package of 29 million VND before continuing, otherwise it will cause heavy b.leeding and pain, causing pressure for love. Because the patient could only transfer 9 million VND, he was detained at the clinic and f.orced to pay in full.

Immediately after recording the information, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health Inspector instructed to transfer the patients to Tu Du Hospital to check and monitor their health status, ensuring life safety for the patients.

Inspectors of the Department of Health determined that the legal representative of the above facility is Mr. Sin Sui Sang, the person in charge of technical expertise of the general clinic under the company is Mr. Lieu Thanh Hoang and in charge of the specialty. 2. Committing a crime in one of the following cases shall be punished with imprisonment from 3 to 10 years:

b) Causing harm to the health of 02 or more people with the total bodily injury rate of these people ranging from 122% to 200%;

c) Causing property damage from 500,000,000 VND to under 1,500,000,000 VND.

3. Committing a crime in one of the following cases shall be punished with imprisonment from 7 to 15 years:

a) Causing damage to 3 or more people;

b) Causing harm to the health of 03 or more people with the total bodily injury rate of these people being 201% or more;

c) Causing property damage of 1,500,000,000 VND or more.
