On July 24, the Nam Tu Liem District Police had the first summons for Mr. NXH (57 years old). Mr. H. was asked to be present at the headquarters of the General Investigation Team of the Nam Tu Liem District Police to clarify the matter related to Mr. HQL's denunciation.

"The man in the next room with a sharp knife about 30cm long ran into my house and stabbed me directly. Fortunately, I reacted in time", Mr. HQL denounced the incident on social networks. At the same time, Mr. L. also said that he was not the first victim.

"The evening of the incident, my wife came home from work to meet Mr. H. who went with the elevator and was also threatened by him," said Mr. L. and confirmed that his family had no conflict or friction with this man.
