According to Tuan Em, when he dropped the rope into the hole, the boy called. When Mr. Tri dropped the rope to save Hao Nam, Tuan Em ran to the commune health station and brought back the oxygen tank. Mr. Hoan Anh Viet - construction worker, at the same time ran to the police station of Phu Loi commune to rescue him.

"I don't have a job in rescue, I'm not calm enough to respond. The first time I saw such a case," Mr. Tuan Em recalled minutes at the scene.
