Defendant Nguyen Phuong Hang took advantage of his influence, used the functions of social networks, and organized many live broadcasts of unverified information related to other people's private lives, including: use words that are offensive to honor and dignity.

During the investigation, defendant Nguyen Phuong Hang admitted that the information he had said about the above individuals was due to reading on the Internet, newspapers and dreams, which had not been verified and had no basis.

Ho Chi Minh City police identified 3 defendants Nguyen Thi Mai Nhi, Le Thi Thu Ha, and Huynh Cong Tan who performed the following tasks: Posting news on social networks, printing the contents that defendant Nguyen Phuong Hang will say. ; prepare and use electronic means and devices to serve livestream. In addition, these three defendants also participated in hosting the livestreams, announced the number of viewers, read comments on the live stream, etc.

As for the accused Dang Anh Quan, the Ho Chi Minh City Public Security Bureau of Investigation determined that Mr. Quan had directly participated in many livestreams with Nguyen Phuong Hang. During these livestreams, Dang Anh Quan spoke, commented, and interacted with Nguyen Phuong Hang about content that seriously offended the honor, reputation and dignity of many individuals.
