Specifically, Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank (OCB) revealed that after Ms. Hang was arrested, Mr. Huynh Uy Dung was the one who handled the debt related to the project of producing gloves for export to the US.

By the end of April 2022, Mr. Dung has handled a debt of VND 450 billion and is continuing to sell other assets so that in the next 2 months Dai Nam will collect VND 2,500 billion to pay debts to other customers.
