"The incident happened very quickly, just over 1 minute. At that time, everyone present in the restaurant panicked and ran away," the witness added.

The milk tea shop's camera recorded Mr. H. and Mrs. V. and another woman sitting in the shop. As soon as the woman left, Mr. H. hugged and kissed Mrs. V., then immediately pulled out a knife and attacked the victim. Mr. H. then affected himself, then fell into a deep sleep while hugging Mrs. V's body.

According to news sites, before the incident, Mr. H. went to buy knives at the store opposite the tea shop. Mr. H. is described as wearing a black collared t-shirt, jeans, black shoes, and a watch. "However, this shop does not sell knives. The man seemed quite stressed at this time, constantly scratching his head and pulling his hair," a resident said.

When informed by the store staff that no knives were sold, Mr. H. ran to a nearby shop even though it was raining heavily. Mr. H. then returned to the tea shop and the above incident happened. The case is still being investigated by the authorities.

On the evening of December 26, 2023, Ha went to this restaurant and stayed with Ms. H. Discovering that Ms. H. had feelings for another man, Ha asked Ms. H. to break it off and go back to her hometown to live with Ha, but she did not agree. , leading to conflicts and quarrels between the two.

After Ms. H. fell asleep, around 4:30 a.m. on December 27, 2023, Ha took a rope and wrapped it around Ms. H.'s neck and then touched her until the victim lost consciousness. Seeing that the victim was still breathing, Ha continued to go to the kitchen, took a knife and stabbed the victim twice in the neck.

Determining that her lover had lost her life, Ha used a knife to kill herself, causing herself to lose consciousness due to blood loss.

At about 1:00 p.m. on the same day, Mr. C. came to the coffee shop and saw that it was closed. No one answered when he called, so he used the extra key to open the door. He discovered both people lying in the shop with many injuries on their bodies, so he killed them. Immediately reported to the authorities and people took Ha to the emergency room.

Ha's actions were prosecuted by the Provincial People's Procuracy according to point n, clause 1, Article 123 of the 2015 Penal Code, amended and supplemented in 2017.
