Right from the night of January 3 to 4, leaders of Dong Thap province were always present at the scene to exchange plans with the forces to speed up the rescue. In which, the initial plan is to drill the spiral reel to a depth of 27m, then proceed to wire the cable into 3 concrete pipes. Talking about difficulties in the process of rescuing victims, leaders of Dong Thap Provincial People's Committee admitted that construction and rescue units faced difficulties due to equipment and machinery being moved from other places, the clay was deep and hard, but the The force worked hard throughout, with the highest spirit to hope to get the baby out of the concrete pillar.
