Initially, Mr. Khanh admitted to be the owner of the aforementioned dogs.

Mr. Khanh brought 4 big dogs and locked them in sacks. However, the dogs later escaped. Mr. Tran Tan Cong said: "Because the owners of the dogs were positive for nCoV, the people in the isolation area were very scared and reported it to the medical staff. Faced with such a situation of dogs and cats, the manager in the isolation area was so afraid of the situation. For fear of spreading the disease, it should be destroyed." Mr. Cong added that, although there is no scientific evidence that animals spread the disease to humans, when the owner of the dogs tested positive for nCoV, people in the isolation area were very afraid of being infected. According to Mr. Cong, at first, Khanh Hung commune authorities determined all the above mentioned dogs and cats belonged to one owner.
