Ms. Ng is also looking for a way to mobilize an amount of 50 million VND (equivalent to 2.5% of 2 billion VND) to pay court costs. Regarding the incident, in the Labor newspaper, Mr. Phan Quy Phuong, Vice Chairman of Thua Thien Hue Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Supervisory Council of Thua Thien Hue Province, said that he had a meeting with the leaders of Thua Thien Hue Provincial Construction Company.

"Brothers who sell lottery tickets want them to win, but the lottery is money, so you have to be cautious. I have to follow the law and regulations to win the prize, I can't direct the guarantee or not pay," Mr. Phuong shared.
