On the evening of November 29, police forces and many blue-plate vehicles suddenly appeared at Market Management Station No. 4 in Huu Lung Commune (Lang Son), blocking off the area, attracting many people to watch.
This afternoon, the An Ninh area (Huu Lung commune, Huu Lung district, Lang Son) suddenly became the center of attention when the authorities simultaneously appeared and carried out professional measures at Market Management Station No. 4. Records at the scene showed that many blue-plate cars continuously entered and exited the headquarters premises from early afternoon, attracting the attention of hundreds of people living around the area.
The increasing number of curious onlookers made the road leading to the station difficult to navigate. In this situation, around 6 p.m., the Mobile Police force was mobilized to restore order.
At the entrance from the main road to Chi Lang Street, the authorities have set up barricades and cordoned off the area, allowing only those with duties to enter. Unrelated vehicles are forced to change direction to avoid affecting the area under control.
Up to now, the authorities have not provided any information about the reason for deploying forces at Market Management Station No. 4 as well as the specific activities taking place.
Previously, on November 28, the headquarters was also inspected by the police. When reporters arrived at that time, the headquarters gate was closed, some offices had papers on the doors, indicating that activities here were interrupted.
Mr. Cao Van Hoa, Chairman of the People's Committee of Huu Lung Commune, confirmed that the police's visit was related to information spread on social networks about Mr. D.VS.
Regarding the mentioned personnel, Mr. Dang Van Ngoc, Head of the Market Management Department of Lang Son province, said that Mr. D.VS used to hold the position of Deputy Captain of Market Management Team No. 4 but retired from work on March 1, 2025.
Mr. Ngoc added: "This is a station under the team, each shift usually has about 4-5 people working. Mr. S. sometimes still visits the station, and the team's headquarters is located in Chi Lang commune. During the recent flood, the station area was deeply flooded so we are still waiting for funds to repair it."
From this afternoon until this evening, the area around the station has been under tight control. People living near the fence surrounding the headquarters said they witnessed the authorities arriving early and continuing to maintain their presence until evening.
Despite the large-scale search and blockade, the police have not yet come to any conclusions or specific reasons. Local residents continue to monitor developments, waiting for official information from the authorities.
Market Management Station No. 4 is located in An Ninh area, Huu Lung commune, surrounded by many households. This is one of the units under Market Management Team No. 4, in charge of a large area including many key traffic routes of the district.
The incident is still receiving great attention from local residents as well as public opinion on social networks. Many people living near the area said they continuously saw the authorities changing shifts and maintaining the scene for many hours. Because the station is located close to a residential area, households living nearby also closely monitor developments to grasp the situation.
