- Causing injury or harm to the health of 2 or more people with a bodily injury rate of 31% to 60% for each person;

- Causing injury or harm to the health of another person with a bodily injury rate of between 31% and 60%;

- Causing injury or harm to the health of 02 or more people with a bodily injury rate of 11% to 30% for each person.

* Committing a crime in one of the following cases, the sentence will be from 7 to 14 years:

- Causing human damage;

- Causing disfiguring injuries to another person's face with a bodily injury rate of 61% or higher;

- Causing injury or harm to the health of 02 or more people with a bodily injury rate of 61% or more for each person;

* Committing a crime in one of the following cases shall be sentenced to between 12 and 20 years or life imprisonment:

- Causing damage to 02 or more people;

- Causing injury or harm to the health of 02 or more people with a bodily injury rate of 61% or more for each person.

Any person who prepares sharp objects, explosives, dangerous objects, dangerous acids, dangerous chemicals or establishes or joins a criminal group to cause injury or harm to the health of others, shall be be sentenced to non-custodial reform for up to 02 years or receive a sentence of 03 months to 02 years.
