The late People's Representative Phung Ha, real name Truong Phung Hao, was born in 1911 in My Tho, the 6th child in a poor family, many brothers. Although he was not trained, Phung Ha from a young age showed his passion and talent for singing and acting.

Feng Ha was 9 years old when her father died. Due to difficult circumstances, Feng Ha had to quit school to work to earn money to support his family. At the age of 13, she worked in a brick kiln to earn money.

Despite her hard work, her gifted voice at that time caught the ears of the old Nam Dong Ban singer Hai Cu and was noticed by him.

In 1924, Hai Cu founded the Re Dong Ban Theater and invited her to join as the main duo to pair with the main duo Nam Chau. He was also the one who suggested that she use the name Feng Ha as her stage name.

Mr. Nguyen Cong Manh, People's Artist Nam Chau and musician Tu Play were her first teachers in her artistic life.

The first role marking Phung Ha's artistic life was the role of Gia Thi in Hoang Phi Tiger Quy Chau by composer Nguyen Cong Manh. Thanks to touring by boat, at that time, even in remote rural markets such as Vinh Kim, Ba Dua, Cai Thia,... all have the burden of singing. Audiences everywhere are exposed to reform and passion for this art form. In Saigon, every 3 p.m., tickets for all classes of Huynh Ky (Phung Ha's singing burden) are sold out. Many frustrated people wait the evening to buy tickets tomorrow night.

Not only successful in acting, People's Artist Phung Ha is also a talented teacher with standard ethics. She is a lecturer at the National School of Music and Drama in Saigon. For her contributions to the arts, in 1984, she was the only female artist to be awarded the title of People's Artist for the first time.

Snow White started studying at Phung Ha when she was 45 years old. During her studies, she observed her teacher's way of life and found that, until the day of his death at the age of 99, People's Representative Phung Ha had never been angry with anyone, hated anyone, opened his mouth to say a harsh word to anyone.

Even when People's Representative Feng Ha was still alive, People's Representative Snow White said: "Mother, you are a saint in this middle of life. We don't know how to follow her. Even in my mother's footsteps I want to learn."

In 1929, artist Phung Ha met Mr. Le Cong Phuoc, the beloved son of My Tho porcelain governor - Le Cong Sung, the second richest man in Cochinchina at that time. Mr. Phuoc is a well-known playboy. He now called Prince Bai to distinguish him from the illustrious Black Prince of Bo Liao. He was also one of the two owners of the Phuoc Cuong Theater, which gathered a series of famous reform artists at that time.

Bai Gongzi was very infatuated with Feng He. Every show she had, he was in the front row. When she was still alive, People's Representative Phung Ha once shared, as a famous peach girl, she did not lack people who were delusional and pursued. However, she felt Mr. Le Cong Phuoc's sincere affection and respect for her, for the art she was pursuing.

After marrying the artist Feng Ha, Prince Bai set up a singing company for her. Huynh Ky. She and Princess Bai had two children together, 1 boy and 1 girl.

However, Prince Bach's interest in her lasted only 7 years. Then he plunged into the game again. Artist Phung Ha struggled to take care of her two children while taking care of her singing.

On one occasion when I was sick, artist Feng Ha carried me to find my husband. She caught him drunk on a beautiful girl. Seeing his wife and children, Bai Duong also shouted and sent him back. The last straw made Feng Ha decide to divorce. Her two children later died of illness and illness.

In 1940, 4 years after the end of her 2nd marriage, Phung Ha married Nguyen Huu Buu, who set up Phung Hao for her management. After Feng Hao's dissolution, her 3rd marriage also ended.

Later, Phung Ha married Chau Van Sau (also known as Bau Nhon), but this marriage finally ended after 1959.
