People's Artist Bach Tuyet: "Cai luong chi bao" divorced the player because he had no children, married a billionaire and gave birth to a son

People's Artist Bach Tuyet, whose real name is Nguyen Thi Bach Tuyet, was born in 1945 in Khanh Binh village, Chau Oc (now in Khanh An, An Phu), An Giang province. 9 years old Snow White lost her mother. She was sent by her father to a seminary to study, to be disciplined by the nuns. But strangely, she still came to art as a destiny. The times I went to see the underground cai luong, "little girl" Bach Tuyet squeezed in and asked for pictures of artists Ut Bach Lan, Tham Thuy Hang, Thanh Nga... and then sat down to draw on paper to avoid being addicted. Fate continued to push Bach Tuyet to get acquainted with composer Dieu Huyen, he introduced the young girl to come in contact with great guitarists like Ba Luong, Chan Van, etc. to study songs sensibly. So at the age of 16, Snow White completely entered the reformed church. After only 1 year of going to the provincial delegation, she returned to the Ut Tra On group, and also 1 year later, she won the Thanh Tam prize. Only 3 years of starting her career, Snow White has reached the peak of glory.

That career was still brilliant when Bach Tuyet returned to Da Ly Huong group, combined with Hung Cuong to form a "tsunami pair" that roamed the southern stage. She was called "Cai luong chi bao" by the press, a precious "title" that followed her throughout her life. After 1975, she continued to flourish and was awarded the title of Distinguished Artist and People's Artist by the State.

People's Artist Bach Tuyet not only sang, but she also made rich contributions to cai luong. The fact that she obtained a doctorate degree is a lipstick for the artist world, which was once considered a "species singing". Bach Tuyet recalled: "In the years after liberation, we Saigon artists had the opportunity to approach many revolutionary cadres, including Mr. Ba (Le Duy Hanh). One day, Mr. Ba spoke directly to his face. me: "She's really good at singing, but if you don't have an academic background, people will think you're stupid." Oh my god, I've been splashed with cold water. I asked, "How are you studying?" study culture, improve my level in all aspects." So I was so angry, I went home, took my bag, went back to school, finished my 12th grade, took the exam to go to the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, worked hard to get the degree. Bachelor's degree in 1985. Then flew to Bulgaria to continue studying, obtaining a PhD in 1988, majoring in directing at the Academy of Theater and Cinema in Sofia.

Thanks to that academic background, Snow White was able to write books, compose and direct many literary plays. In addition, the female artist also wrote Buddhist epics, sat as a judge for the contests of Golden Bell, Tran Huu Trang, Golden Cotton, etc.

Divorce even though we still love each other

The artist's first husband was the famous player Pham Huynh Tam Lang, she described this as an extremely good man. "I could not criticize him at any point or say that he was not good. My ex-husband at that time was a macho, lived a very manly, generous life," said People's Artist Bach Tuyet.

However, after living together for a while, they were forced to separate because People's Artist Bach Tuyet could not give birth to a son to inherit the husband's family.

"The two of them loved each other so much. That day, we sat and cried together, I just said that you should go get married to please your family", she confided the moment she broke up with her ex-husband.

After the divorce, the famous player Tam Lang married another wife and had a child. The broken marriage once caused People's Artist Bach Tuyet to collapse, wanting to become a monk. She said: "I think the number is strange, meeting good people, decent people but unfinished, so I will go out and then go to monkhood".

As a strong and decisive person, People's Artist Bach Tuyet decided to avoid her ex-husband so that his family could be at peace. In the program I told for the first time, she confided: "That day, I was too famous, the press was constantly hunting and reporting. If I met him and was brought up by the press, I was afraid that his family would argue. rush".

However, the artist affirmed that they continued to love each other until the day the famous player Tam Lang died.

"Three months before his death, Mr. Tam Lang asked his family for permission to come visit me to see me once and then die. It was also the first time since our divorce. I think we're both old. Well, it doesn't matter if we meet.

Three months later, I heard that Mr. Tam Lang had passed away. I have no regrets and no suffering," she confided about her ex-husband.

Living single at the age of U80

After a broken marriage, People's Artist Bach Tuyet fell in love with a French overseas Vietnamese man in 1974. Both decided to move in together after only a week of knowing. However, it was not until 6 months later that she learned that he was a billionaire. In particular, while living with her second husband, the artist gave birth to a son.

"He bought the villa himself, bought everything himself, and then brought me back, asked if he would stay here. I was so amused, but suddenly I found out I was pregnant. I was so funny that I told him I didn't have one. So he told me to live less for God's sake...

After giving birth, I told him that this was a surprise, not seeing him rich that I did. I told him that I would love to be a single mom," she said.

However, the artist and his wife could not stick together until the end of their lives. The artist did not share the cause of the breakup of the second marriage. However, she repeatedly shared about the happy single life at the age of U80.

Currently, People's Artist Bach Tuyet is living in Vietnam and her only son has grown up and settled down in the US. It is known that her son - Valery Bauduin Bao Giang - is now a successful businessman and has 3 children.

Experiencing many ups and downs in life, People's Artist Bach Tuyet enjoys a comfortable life at the age of U80. Every day, the artist spends 4 hours studying, she is fluent in many foreign languages, is active in art activities and regularly releases cai luong songs adapted from young music.
