The police agency is holding a group of 5 suspects including: Ho Thi Ngoc Hoa (67 years old, native of Binh Phuoc, living in Binh Chanh), Nguyen Thi Ha (58 years old), Cao Van Giau (60 years old), Nguyen Thanh Hoang (48 years old) and Tran Trung Hieu Hoa (39 years old, living in District 8) to serve the investigation.

According to initial information, the leader was identified as Tran Trung Hieu Hoa. The group of subjects carried out the fraud by staging a fake situation, in which Thanh Hoang and Van Giau played the role of gold shop owners and production facility owners.

Subject Hoa plays the role of a chemical trader, always carrying gems and diamond rings in person; Nguyen Thi Ha takes on the supporting role of a local who accidentally passed by, knowing the incident, asked "prey" to contribute money, buy gold, exchange diamonds for a commission...

It is known that on July 20, a group of fraudsters has successfully performed a case at Provincial Road 43, Binh Chieu Ward, Thu Duc City. However, the project committee has put away the net and successfully captured the whole group of 5 people as mentioned above.

According to the testimonies of the target group, the incident happened as follows: on the morning of July 20, Hieu Hoa drove his car on the roads to look for women wearing gold, chosen as a target. When they saw Ms. X. wearing a 24k gold bracelet, the two signaled their accomplices to act.

In the role of a soap seller, Ngoc Hoa approached Ms. X., started a conversation to make her stop. At this time, an accomplice in the group, Thi Ha, played the role of a local, and stopped by to chat.

If sold, Ngoc Hoa will give Ha and Ms. X. commission money, each person will get 0.5 gold thread.

Before that, Hieu Hoa had already chosen a waiting place and played the role of a person who wanted to import a large amount of shampoo. According to the script, Thi Ha drove Ngoc Hoa, along with Ms. X. to meet Hieu Hoa. Of course, this fake boss agreed to the request to import shampoo from the soap seller - Ngoc Hoa.

Also here, Thi Ha - Ngoc Hoa pretended to find a diamond buyer. Hieu Hoa said that he is knowledgeable about gold and precious stones, so he will buy two diamonds at the price of 3 gold bars.

Ngoc Hoa was hesitant to sell, so Hieu Hoa left and told her to call if she wanted to sell. Then, pretending to have thought carefully, Ngoc Hoa decided to sell diamonds. Thi Ha said she would bring diamonds with Ms. X. to meet Hieu Hoa.

At this time, Ngoc Hoa said that her property was too large, if the two women took it away, they must have something valuable to give Hoa to believe. Thi Ha did not hesitate to immediately remove the ring, the gold ring she was wearing, and gave it to Ngoc Hoa. Expanding the investigation, the special team arrested two other subjects in the gang, Cao Van Giau and Nguyen Thanh Hoang.

At the Public Security Agency, the group of subjects simultaneously confessed that from July 12 to July 20, they had successfully carried out 7 fraud cases in many districts such as Binh Tan, Binh Chanh, Thu Duc City, most of which appropriated gold jewelry and cash.
