Recently, on social networks sharing a clip recording the image of a young man being pushed into a river by a man and died in Japan, which made many people sad.
The victim was identified in his 20s, 1.65m tall, not Japanese, wearing a white T-shirt and black trousers.

After struggling for a while, this person also climbed onto the railing, repeatedly punched and kicked the victim's face with his hands and feet until this young man was stunned and let go of his hand and lay close to the river's edge.
Not stopping, the man also climbed over, stepped on the victim's body with his foot, repeatedly kicked in the face, then bent down to knock the young man into the river. After that, the victim continuously struggled and raised his hands to ask for help. However, he did not receive help and became exhausted and later died.
The man, after pushing the victim into the river, returned to carry his belongings and left. Standing on this side of the bridge there are many witnesses, watching the clip recording the whole incident can see many Vietnamese people constantly talking. Even, a young man just filmed the whole thing and casually said "The other guy can't do it at first, now he can't anymore. That's right, kick him down", then continuously swear and curse. In another clip, the voices of two girls can be heard saying: "Record the clip and give it to the police... so evil".
However, it all stopped there, witnessing the young man being assaulted, pushed into the river and struggled to death without any direct intervention or help.
Soon after, the police and rescue team were also at the scene, but the young man died and the functional forces brought him ashore. Suspected the perpetrator is a Japanese man, after assaulting this young man, he fled the scene.
