Through investigation, the police determined that Vang used a knife to harm his mother, Mrs. N., and then dumped body parts around the house. Another neighbor said that Mrs. N. - Vang's mother lived with her children and grandchildren in the house above. Every day, the victim does outsourcing to earn money to support the family. Receiving information, professional units of the District 12 Police went to the scene and asked the suspect to let go of the knife. However, Vang did not comply, so the police exploded 3 times in the air to control and bring the suspect to the headquarters. Through the struggle, Vang admitted his behavior and claimed that he was playing around and was not interested in doing business, so his mother scolded him, leading to the above incident, Tien Phong added.
