The case of a male shipper in difficult circumstances whose motorbike and more than 80 orders were stolen has received the attention of fans in recent days. Luckily, sponsors joined hands to help, making the male shipper extremely emotional.
On April 22, Long Thanh My Ward Police (Thu Duc City) are coordinating with relevant units to investigate the case of two men stealing a motorbike carrying goods in broad daylight.
The victim is Mr. Huynh Van Son (34 years old, from Vinh Long), a delivery employee of a transportation unit.
According to security cameras, at around 11:00 a.m. on April 21, Mr. Son sat having lunch on Hang Tre Street, Long Thanh My Ward, and was approached by two men sharing a motorbike. The person sitting in the back climbed down, started the engine of Mr. Son's truck and then ran away with his accomplices.
"In the morning, I delivered 25 orders, and for the remaining 81 orders, I planned to deliver them immediately after breakfast. Hearing people shouting, I ran out, but I couldn't make it in time. The incident happened quickly, in just a few minutes. 10 seconds," Mr. Son said.
Discovering the incident, some surrounding people chased the two thieves but were unsuccessful. According to Mr. Son, at the time of the incident, the car contained more than 80 orders worth about 11 million VND.
It is known that Mr. Son has a rather difficult situation. The stolen motorbike was the only asset the male shipper bought 4 years ago. Mr. Son and his wife moved from the countryside to the city to find jobs. Every month, his income is nearly 10 million, which he sends back to his hometown to take care of his children's education, support his elderly parents, and partly to cover life in the city.
Living temporarily in a hot corrugated iron-roofed house, the monthly rent is about nearly 2 million VND. The refrigerator is probably the most valuable in the entire room. He plans to try to work here to get some capital and then the couple will return home to reunite with their children. But unfortunately when such an incident happened, the amount of money lost was too great compared to the couple's economic capabilities. Therefore, losing the motorbike and having to compensate for the value of the orders seemed to be too much for Mr. Son and his wife.
"When this happened, we lost more than half of our income. Only my wife worked. The couple was sad every night. We didn't have enough money from work and now we had to borrow more money." , so needy. I also advise my wife that what happened has happened, so now we should try to get it back," Mr. Son sadly shared.
From the day the incident happened until now, other than helping his wife deliver goods, Mr. Son has only stayed at home. Always tormented by my own subjectivity. He and his wife even had to hide the loss of their property from their family because they did not want them to worry more and give up the idea of returning home to visit their family and children on the upcoming April 30-May 1.
Knowing the difficult situation of the male shipper, Ms. Nguyen Do Truc Phuong (30 years old, living in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City) called on sponsors and philanthropists to join hands to support Mr. Son and his wife for more funds. Buy a car to continue going to work and compensate for the stolen order.
By the afternoon of April 25, Ms. Truc Phuong said she had received 80 million VND to support Mr. Son from sponsors. Right after that, Ms. Phuong and Mr. Son immediately went to buy a new motorbike to use as a means of transportation so they could return to their delivery job.

The remaining amount will be collected in a few days and we will return home with my wife to visit our children from noon until now. We are truly grateful to Ms. Phuong," Mr. Son expressed.
Thanks to everyone's help, Mr. Son and his wife can probably feel secure to return to reunite with their family during the upcoming holiday season and have more motivation to work, make a living, and take care of themselves. for elderly parents and small children in their hometown of Vinh Long.
