Specifically, the videos that this TikToker shared were about successful investment experiences, "upper class" life, luxury, and wealth. It is known that more than 120 red books, hundreds of kilograms of gold, dozens of supercars, 59 watches of the world's top famous brands, along with money, USD, handbags, diamonds... are the assets of this famous TikToker that were seized. The total value is estimated at more than 5,200 billion VND. Of which, there are 316 billion VND in accounts, savings books worth more than 200 billion VND, 69 billion VND in cash, 2.3 million USD, 890 SJC gold bars, 246 kg of solid gold, 31 supercars, 59 watches of famous brands worth about 300 billion VND... 125 real estates are also blocked from trading.

Mr Pips also confessed to the authorities the method he used to lure his prey into the trap. Mr Pips confessed: "When people see a beautiful house or luxury car, it will convey trust to the viewer. Viewers will be attracted to these images, they can easily be lured into participating". In addition, Trinh Xuan Son, a member of Mr Pips's team, also confessed: "When inviting customers to the group, we will create many fake accounts to talk to each other to join this floor, it is ok to join this floor, to make a profit, to withdraw money or to have support. We use these fake accounts to talk to each other like that in the group to make customers trust". It is known that these subjects have established facilities in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. In particular, the largest concentration of personnel is in Hanoi. Up to now, Mr Pips's group has scammed about 2,700 people.

In addition to Mr Pips, Mr Hunter - Le Khac Ngo is also one of the notable accomplices. While Mr Pips' group was arrested, Le Khac Ngo is abroad and is currently still at large. Currently, Mr Hunter - Le Khac Ngo has a nationwide arrest warrant and is required to surrender to receive leniency. Since around 2019, Pho Duc Nam and Le Khac Ngo (Mr Hunter; 34 years old, residing in Phu Dien, Bac Tu Liem, Hanoi) have colluded with other foreigners to 'herd chickens' on the internet.

Le Khac Ngo is a familiar name in the financial investment community with the TikTok account Mr. Hunter. Ngo builds the image of a successful investor with more than 13 years of experience in the market. To create an image to attract investors to join the group, Mr. Hunter regularly posts photos and clips showing off his huge assets and shares about large investments.
