Long Chun, Dat Do and a series of Tiktokers were named in the inspection conclusion for posting infringing content

Specifically, on September 29, the Ministry of Information and Communications issued Conclusion No. 08/KL-BTTTT, concluding a comprehensive inspection of the operation of the social network TikTok in Vietnam.

One of the violations pointed out by the Ministry of Information and Communications against TikTok is that "there is no specific solution to prevent and combat social evils on the social networking platform TikTok provides in Vietnam".

Specifically, according to the conclusion of the inspection, TikTok Singapore said that TikTok's community standards have regulations to prevent and combat social evils on the social networking platform TikTok provides in Vietnam.

Provisions include: Elimination of bullying, including threats or degrading speech intended to ridicule, humiliate, humiliate or hurt an individual; remove hate speech and any form of hate speech on online platforms.

Anti-social evils: Remove content that promotes gambling services, content that displays or promotes the use of prohibited substances for entertainment or the sale of alcohol and illegal substances, content about sexual services or activities, including solicitation or solicitation of services, images, sensitive content, members-only content, and streaming adult content via webcam.

In addition, users can report spammy content in the TikTok platform's app and on the web.

Through actual inspection and verification, the inspection team of the Ministry of Information and Communications noted in the Community Standards, the TikTok platform has regulations to prevent and combat social evils on the social networking platform TikTok provides in Vietnam.

However, the inspection team found that the Community Standards, the TikTok platform did not have specific solutions to prevent and combat social evils on the social networking platform TikTok provided in Vietnam.

Some examples pointed out by the inspection team are longchunchun accounts (accounts with nearly 6 million followers), containing videos with content that threatens young children, sleeping in a negative way ...; the Kenhdanhchotreem account has couple love content; kkk_12210 account offers videos with challenging and bullying content.

According to a reporter of Industry and Trade Newspaper, the longchunchun account belongs to Tran Hoang Long (SN 1994, native of Hanoi), also known as Long Chun - a famous TikToker, who is also an actor loved by young people with humorous, muddy short films.

In addition to Long Chun, there are also 3 ho.t TikTokers named in the inspection conclusion of the Ministry of Information and Communications, due to livestream activities with negative content about school violenc.e.

Specifically, according to the conclusion of the test, the TikTok platform provides a Livestream feature and this is a feature that attracts quite a large number of domestic users. According to a report by TikTok Singapore, to Livestream, users need to meet the criteria, including: At least 18 years old, the account was created at least 7 days, passed BRIC (Business Risk Integrated Control) internal test, has at least 500 followers. In this feature, the TikTok platform applies the mechanism of rewar.d points, giving gifts.

TikTok Singapore said it removes any content that violates the Community Standards, regardless of whether it comes from the organizer or viewer of the live, fightin.g livestream event on the platform.

Violating the Community Standards will result in closing an ongoing live stream, restricting access to TikTok Live, and even deleting an account depending on the extent of the violation.

Additionally, to enhance the safe experience on live streaming, the TikTok platform has live streaming restrictions for accounts under the ag.e of 18.

Users can also report Live content, Live room owners or Live viewers who show signs of violating the Community Standards, through the reporting form.

According to the inspection conclusion, the inspection team failed to check the actual process of censoring Livestream content on the TikTok platform provided in Vietnam. The reason TikTok Vietnam does not have the authority to control and moderate content on the TikTok platform provided in Vietnam.

However, checking on the TikTok platform, the inspection team noted that there still exist many content that violates Vietnamese law on the TokTok platform through the form of Livestream.

Violating content mainly includes: Objectionable content, challenges,, useless trends, school bullying ... Notably, some of the above violating Livestream accounts are in the group of accounts with a large amount of interaction on the Tik Tok platform (the group of accounts with an average interaction of 150-200 million).

Specifically, the random test results in the group of 55 accounts with followers from nearly 6 million to more than 20 million, the inspection team recorded 3 Livestream accounts with negative content about school violenc.e.

These accounts include datdo0803 (8.2 million followers) of ho.t Tiktoker Dat Do; the tuanket.2000 account (6.7 million followers) of Tiktoker Ngo Le Tuan Kiet (Kiet Ha Tinh) and the chiendoo account (5.8 million followers) of TikToker Chien Do.

According to the Ministry of Information and Communications, with a large number of followers and relatively large interactions of this account group, it shows that the negative content of the group reaches and attracts many users.

This has the risk of adversely impacting, harming young users, not enough cognitive maturity, easily affected when accessing unhealthy and toxic content, leading to distortion of thinking, shaping deviant personality.
