Designer Thach Linh affirmed that Pham Thoai's fall from the float was completely unexpected, an incident without an arrangement from the manufacturer.

"The video of Pham Thoai falling to the ground is by no means a media ploy. The float was only enough for a child model, so something went wrong. My fashion shows are always geared towards positive things and spreading positive values," said designer Thach Linh. She hopes the online community and viewers can recognize the positive and valuable things that she and her team bring.

Designer Thach Linh added: "Pham Thoai is an influential figure in social media. Besides, I also want to dedicate to those of the LGBT community who dare to be true to themselves."
