“Revival Mission Church” is not a church, the head is not a pastor

However, the group point at 415/8/4 Nguyen Van Cong, Ward 5, Go Vap District, operates illegally, complies with the law, and actively participates in local movements. These groups mainly operate in remote areas, licensed and managed by the ward and commune level. Therefore, the state management capacity and the level of recognition and awareness of the group leaders are limited, so it is very difficult to propagate, mobilize and effectively manage the state in these groups.

These group points operate independently, not under the direction of the Central Church, of religious organizations. The communication, guidance and direction of the state management does not go down to the group points, the head of the group point if the local authorities are not active.

On the other hand, the leaders of the group points are worshiped believers, so their awareness, information and relationships are also limited.
