The sudden passing of Ms. Dang Thi Gai - Miss Ngoc Chau's mother - in a traffic accident has left many Vietnamese artists in grief and heartache. Ngoc Chau lost her father at the age of 5, and now she is facing the loss of her mother.

When she heard the news, she was very shocked but tried to calm down, suppress her grief to take care of the funeral for "Ma Bay" in Tay Ninh. Over the past few days, Ngoc Chau's close friends such as Khanh Van, H'Hen Nie, Le Hang, Mau Thuy, Huong Ly, have been by her side to encourage and share the great loss. Her coffin was buried at the cemetery yesterday (August 15).

By noon on August 16, Miss Xuan Hanh updated her fans on Ngoc Chau's situation. Xuan Hanh posted a photo of Ngoc Chau sitting sadly on the porch, with tearful eyes, looking into the distance, as if recalling the warm moments when her mother was still with her in Tay Ninh, and shared that Ngoc Chau is now more stable. Before that, when she heard the news of "Ma Bay"'s death, Xuan Hanh sadly confided: "Sister Chau! Me and everyone will always be by your side. I will arrange to come back soon and hug you tightly, I hope you stay healthy and strong, sister!".

After her mother's funeral, Ngoc Chau also sent her gratitude on her personal page: "The past few days have been an extremely difficult time when Ngoc Chau's family has just experienced a huge loss. Ngoc Chau would like to send her deep gratitude to the departments, organizations, business partners, fellow artists and audiences who have taken their precious time to visit, encourage and express condolences to the family. During the confusing time of mourning, it is inevitable that there will be shortcomings, hoping everyone will forgive us."

In a series of photos taken by the audience, when taking her mother to her final resting place, the 30-year-old beauty queen looked haggard and her face was lost in thought. The moment she wiped away her tears as she sent her mother to her final resting place moved many people. In another photo shared by runner-up Kim Duyen, she silently watched her mother's coffin being buried.

"I feel so sorry for my uncle who left, and so sorry for my sister who stayed behind. I just want to hold her in my arms, just want to share and help her ease some of the pain and loss. She cried a lot, her eyes were swollen, I felt so sorry for her," Kim Duyen shared.

The collision that caused Ngoc Chau's mother to pass away occurred at 9:25 a.m. on August 13 on Highway 785 (through Tan Hoa Hamlet, Tan Phu Commune, Tan Chau District). Accordingly, the bus with license plate 70H - 050.15 driven by driver VVT (born in 1989, residing in Tan Chau District) was traveling from Tan Hung Commune to Tan Phu Commune. When reaching the above section, the bus collided with a motorbike with license plate 70K1 - 016.48 driven by Ms. Dang Thi Gai (born in 1963, residing in Tan Chau District) traveling from Tan Thanh Hamlet to Highway 785. The collision occurred, Ms. Gai was injured and was taken to the Tan Chau District Medical Center for emergency treatment but did not survive.

Ngoc Chau was born into an ordinary family in the countryside. Her father passed away when she was 5 years old, her brother was 10 months old and her sister was 10 years old. For all those years, Ngoc Chau's mother worked alone, took care of and raised her children. She used to grow sugarcane, but then due to losses, she switched to renting land to grow cassava and rubber to earn enough money to raise her 3 children.

Ngoc Chau once said about her mother: "My mother is a great support for me to try and strive. Whenever I feel pressured and don't know what to do, I pick up the phone and call my mother. For me, the most meaningful moment is the anniversary of my father's death, when I get to gather with my siblings and mother. My father passed away early, and I witnessed every moment of how hard my mother worked. I told myself that I had to succeed to take care of my mother. The greatest lesson my mother gave me was to live a kind life and have dreams."

After this big incident, I hope Ngoc Chau will soon regain balance in her life so that "Ma Bay" can rest in peace.
