Previously, the wife of the late actor Duc Tien unexpectedly shared a clip recording the moment she and her daughter visited her husband's grave. Notably, in the clip, Binh Phuong said she saw the incense used to light Duc Tien's grave thrown to the ground, broken in all directions as if someone had vandalized it. This made her very upset.
According to Binh Phuong, it is possible that because the information surrounding the division of assets between her and her mother-in-law is going in a bad direction, someone went to Duc Tien's grave to film a clip, distorting the information.
Not long ago, Binh Phuong said she had to move because the old house was no longer safe enough for her and her daughter. Many bad guys came to the house, jumped over the fence to pick fruit, and even chopped down trees in the front yard. Because she was worried about her daughter, Binh Phuong decided to move even though this house held many memories between her and her husband Duc Tien.
Model Duc Tien married Miss Dallas Binh Phuong in 2009, then moved to the US to settle down. The couple had a daughter together, born in July 2020. On the evening of May 18, local time, Duc Tien passed away from a heart attac.k at a hospital in California. The sudden passing of the famous actor left relatives, friends and audiences in shoc.k.
On May 15, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Court opened a mediation session for the case of "Property inheritance dispute" between the plaintiff, Ms. Nguyen Binh Phuong (wife of the late actor Duc Tien) and the defendant, Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Anh (mother of the late actor Duc Tien); the person with related rights and obligations is MH (daughter of the late actor).
Currently, Ms. Binh Phuong is in the US, so she authorized a representative and a lawyer to participate in the proceedings and protect her legal rights and interests in court. However, the conciliation session was unsuccessful because the plaintiff maintained the original lawsuit request and the defendant maintained the original counterclaim. The parties agreed to select a unit to appraise and value the disputed assets to serve the process of resolving the case.
According to the lawsuit, Ms. Nguyen Binh Phuong claimed that the late actor Duc Tien left a will in the US for her to own real estate in Linh Dong Ward (Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City) and land plot No. 1841 in Duc Hoa District, Long An Province. Ms. Ngoc Anh and bab.y MH each received a portion of the late actor's inheritance, amounting to more than 666 million VND. Therefore, Ms. Binh Phuong filed a lawsuit to request the return of the house and land.
After that, Ms. Ngoc Anh also filed a counterclaim. She asked the court not to recognize the will of the late actor Duc Tien made on August 9, 2023 in the US. According to Ms. Anh, this will, although notarized in the US, is not in accordance with Vietnamese law. At the same time, Ms. Anh also asked the court to determine that the house and land in Linh Dong Ward (Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City) is the joint property of her and the late actor. Ms. Anh will receive 50% of the value of the house.
Duc Tien's wife asked for help because a thief broke into her house in the US, lost valuables, and immediately moved to another place. JLO06:56:24 17/04/2025In the midst of a property dispute with her mother-in-law, Duc Tien's wife called for help because a stranger broke into her home in the US. Fearing danger for herself and her daughter, Binh Phuong decided to move to a new house.
