She also expressed her gratitude when everyone took the time to burn incense to say goodbye to her mother.

The funeral of Ms. Dang Thi Gai (Ngoc Chau's mother) took place on the morning of August 15 in Tay Ninh. In a series of photos taken by the audience, the 30-year-old beauty queen looked haggard and her face was lost in thought. The moment she wiped away her tears as she sent her mother to her final resting place moved many people.

In another photo shared by runner-up Kim Duyen, she silently watched her mother's coffin being buried. "I feel so sorry for my uncle who has passed away, and so sorry for my sister who is left behind. I can only hold her in my arms, wanting to somehow share and help her ease some of the pain and loss. She cried a lot, her eyes were swollen, I felt so sorry for her," Kim Duyen shared.

On the night of August 14, many beauty queens and runners-up such as H'Hen Nie, Mau Thuy, Le Hang, Hoang Nhung and Kim Duyen from Ho Chi Minh City went to Tay Ninh to encourage Ngoc Chau to overcome the pain of losing her mother.

Miss Khanh Van said she visited Ngoc Chau's mother at midnight, and when she got home it was already 4:30. "When I got home, my heart was restless, I had many thoughts and couldn't sleep. I just hope that the next day she will receive sweet and good things. Everyone loves her and her very much," Khanh Van shared.

Many artists from far away such as Pham Huong, Hoang My... sent condolences to Ngoc Chau, hoping she would overcome the pain of losing her mother.

Previously, on August 13, Miss Ngoc Chau’s mother suddenly passed away in a traffic accident. Her mother’s sudden passing was a huge blow to the beauty queen. After receiving the sad news, Ngoc Chau immediately put her work in Ho Chi Minh City on hold to return to her hometown Tay Ninh to be with her late mother.

On social media, viewers said they "feel sorry for Ngoc Chau's situation". She lost her father at the age of 5, and her mother raised three children alone. Ngoc Chau is the most successful of the three children.
