Hanoi: Heart-stopping scene of bus crashing into ditch, many people escape death

After a strong collision with a truck, a bus carrying 12 passengers overturned into a ditch. The incident occurred on August 29 in Kim Bong village, Kim Duong commune, Ung Hoa district (Hanoi), injuring 3 people.

Recently, a video recording the moment of the accident between a truck and a bus was shared on social media and attracted the attention of many people. In the clip, it can be clearly heard that before the incident, there were continuous loud car horns.

The two vehicles then collided violently. The horrific impact caused the bus to plunge into a ditch and flip over. Images from the scene also show that many parts of the vehicle were severely damaged.

Regarding the incident, on August 30, Hanoi City Police had official information. According to the report, at around 12:00 on August 29, at the intersection of the inter-commune road in Kim Bong village, Kim Duong commune (Ung Hoa district, Hanoi), a traffic accident occurred between a truck with license plate 29H-795.XX driven by Mr. LVT (born in 1963, in Phuong Trung commune, Thanh Oai district, Hanoi), and a bus with license plate 29B-209.XX going in the opposite direction, driven by Mr. NXĐ (born in 1973, in Minh Duc commune, Ung Hoa district, Hanoi).

At that time, the truck driven by Mr. LVT was going in the direction of Dong Lo commune - Kim Duong commune. When reaching the intersection of the inter-commune road through Kim Bong village, it suddenly crashed straight into the body of the bus driven by Mr. NXĐ. going in the direction from Minh Duc commune - Cho Ngam.

At that time, there was a bus conductor and 12 passengers on the bus. The accident injured 3 people, including Ms. L. (born in 1961, residing in Hoang Mai, Hanoi), Mr. H. (born in 2009, residing in Kim Bang, Ha Nam) and Ms. V. (born in 2003, residing in Dien Chau, Nghe An).

Immediately after the traffic accident occurred, the Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police and Ung Hoa District Police directed the Traffic Police - Order Team, Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team to the scene to take the injured to the emergency room and check their health. At the same time, coordinate with related units to conduct a crime scene investigation and handle the accident according to regulations.

The police conducted alcohol and drug tests on the two drivers LVT and NXĐ with the results: No alcohol in the body and negative for banned substances. The truck with license plate 29H-795.xx also did not have an extended bed and was not overloaded.

The preliminary cause was determined to be that the truck driver was not paying attention. The case is still being investigated and handled by Ung Hoa District Police according to regulations.

Also today, a series of images and clips appeared on social media recording the moment two men stopped their car in the middle of the road, then got out and wrestled with each other on the median strip, then wrestled and dragged each other down the road.

Through the images taken by the "passerby team", one of the two people is a taxi driver, wearing the company's uniform. After viewing, many people predict that the cause may be due to the collision between the two vehicles, leading to the fight.

According to the person who shared the post, the incident is said to have occurred on the morning of August 30 near the Ba La intersection in Ha Dong district, Hanoi. The two drivers acted in an unsightly manner while on a crowded road, which indeed affected the movement of other vehicles.
