With its position as a hub for aviation connections in the country and the region, along with modern infrastructure, Hanoi possesses a wide range of accommodation types, meeting the diverse needs of domestic and international tourists. Hanoi is also home to a diverse and rich culture, expressed through traditional arts, music, literature, etc. Visitors can enjoy unique traditional art shows such as water puppetry, puppetry, etc. or the live shows Tinh Hoa Bac Bo, Lang Toi, etc.
In particular, Hanoi cuisine is always one of the factors attracting tourists. Typical dishes such as pho, bun cha, cha ca, egg coffee, banh mi... have contributed to creating the brand of Hanoi tourism. In 2023, Hanoi was selected by the prestigious Michelin Guide Award in the world of cuisine, selecting 48 restaurants that meet Michelin standards, awarding Michelin stars to 3 restaurants.
