Ms. Truong Thi D., 65 years old, from Ha Nam, taking care of her husband at the hospital, was frustrated when a case of illegal drug trading and use appeared in the hospital room. Subjects who come to buy d.rugs often pretend to be family members to take care of patients to carry out drug transactions. Regarding the fact that Nguyen Xuan Quy had renovated the hospital room into a place to serve the illegal use of d.rugs, hospital leaders refused to answer and said that more specific information would be provided later.

Le Hoang Hai (born 1995, residing in Ba Dinh, Hanoi).

During the investigation process to expand the case, the police agency arrested Nguyen Anh Vu (SN 1986, residing in Binh Vong village, Van Binh commune, Thuong Tin district).
