The delegation also added that because it was difficult to travel and had to transport 15 tons of equipment for rescue work, the team had to split into two groups to move. "We were informed by the Turkish Emergency and Disaster Response Service that 15 people were trapped in the rubble of the building. As soon as we arrived, we conducted reconnaissance and entered the operation. immediately," said the delegation's representative.

The representative of the delegation said that the spirit of the rescue and rescue force of the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam is to try to find survivors trapped in the rubble, so the reconnaissance process is carried out. Very meticulous, well planned.
