"The distance from the airport to the place of duty is about 300km, it is expected to take about 6 hours to travel, but because of the snowy weather, the road is slippery, so it takes more than 10 hours to move continuously to arrive. ", the representative of the delegation said.

The delegation also added that because it was difficult to travel and had to transport 15 tons of equipment for rescue work, the team had to split into two groups to move. At 3 a.m. on February 11 (Turkey time), a rescue mission from the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam arrived at the collapsed building on Road 531, Adiyamam.

"We were informed by the Turkish Emergency and Disaster Response Service that 15 people were trapped in the rubble of the building. As soon as we arrived, we conducted reconnaissance and entered the operation. immediately," said the delegation's representative.

The representative of the delegation said that the spirit of the rescue and rescue force of the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam is to try to find survivors trapped in the rubble, so the reconnaissance process is carried out. Very meticulous, well planned.

"The situation in the field is extremely difficult because the temperature has dropped to minus 6 degrees Celsius, in addition collapsed buildings continue to fall. If there is no meticulous plan, it is the rescue team, Rescuers will be in danger," the delegation said.
