At the hospital, Mr. Dung was diagnosed: Swollen and bruised left cheek area, scratched left cheek, torn left eyelid and had to have 5 stitches, broken left lower incisor piece, left chest had a swelling.

Mr. Dung said that in his application, he asked the Police of District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.
