Immediately after receiving the information, Hoai Duc District Police coordinated with the Hanoi Criminal Police Department to urgently investigate and clarify the incident. Through verification, with the same trick as above, on January 9, 2024, the subject robbed Ms. L. in An Khanh commune of a phone and 320,000 VND.

Realizing that the subject committed reckless and reckless acts, the Hanoi Police Department mobilized forces to focus on fighting and arresting the perpetrator. At 12:00 on January 14, the working group of Hoai Duc District Police in coordination with the Criminal Police Department successfully arrested Hoang Cong Nghiep while hiding in Bao Son Urban Area, An Khanh Commune.

Currently, Hoai Duc District Police Department has issued a decision to prosecute the case, prosecute the defendant and order Hoang Cong Nghiep to temporarily detain for investigation and handling according to the law.
